Upload system opens: 1 March 2024
Deadline to upload: 8 May 2024

The ePoster upload system will be available from 1 March 2024.  Prior to that date the presenting author will receive an email containing the link for the upload.  Please note the presenter will not receive this email unless they have confirmed your participation by 31 January 2024.  

ePosters are submitted through a web-based platform prior to the congress. 
All presenters are required to provide a declaration of “Conflict of Interest” to comply with CME requirements.  Please ensure that your ePoster includes any disclosures you may have.

ePosters can be viewed throughout the congress open hours at designated screens.  Please note presenters do not have a designated presentation time as the ePosters will be available to view at any time.
ePosters will also be available online in the ePoster gallery for all registered delegates.

Abstract presenters, please note that it was a condition of submission that all accepted presenting authors must register for the congress.  Please ensure you have completed your registration.

The deadline for uploading your ePoster is 8 May 2024, 23:59 GMT.

Please note that you will not be able to upload your e-Poster after this date.
