Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit to be paid by 31 May 2023
Exhibition space must be paid for in FULL by 15 November 2023
Cancellations MUST be in writing to Wanda Fourie:  wanda@easternsun.co.za  
Cancellation must be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member to be valid.

Cancellation Fees: 
Until 31 January 2023: No cancellation Fee 
1 February 2023 - 30 June 2023: 50% cancellation Fee 
1 July 2023 Onwards: 100% cancellation Fee 

Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not. 
A booking made online is binding, not provisional.

Cancellation must be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member to be valid.
